Accounts
Overview
The Accounts page is your live visitor intelligence dashboard. It shows which companies have been active on your site, how much activity they generated, and whether their engagement is trending up or down.
Evident identifies organizations from IP addresses — it does not identify individual users.
Dashboard views
The Accounts page includes several built-in views to help you cut through noise and focus on what matters:
| View | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All accounts | Every identified company in the selected time window |
| Outbound now | High-intent accounts: companies with 100+ events, or 20+ events with an upward trend |
| New logos | Net-new companies that became active in the current window (not seen before) |
| ABM target activity | Filtered to your named account list — see when targets go active |
| Watchlist | Accounts your team has manually flagged for follow-up |
Time windows
Use the time window selector to change the lookback period:
- 48 hours — useful for spotting in-progress visits and same-day follow-up
- 7 days — the default view for weekly pipeline reviews
- 30 days — monthly trend analysis and ABM reporting
- All time — full account history since you connected Evident
Account cards
Each account in the list displays:
- Company name and domain
- Industry (technology, finance, healthcare, education, government, telecom, etc.)
- Event count — total enriched events in the selected window
- Last seen — timestamp of the most recent event
- Trend indicator — whether the account is new, returning, or growing in activity
- Confidence band — how reliably Evident matched the IP to this organization
Sorting
Sort the account list by:
- Intent — composite score weighting recency, volume, and trend direction
- Total events — raw event count in the selected window
- Last seen — most recently active accounts first
Account detail
Click any account to open the detail view, which includes:
- Activity timeline across 48h, 7-day, 30-day, and all-time windows
- Full enrichment data: company name, organization name, domain, industry, country, region, city
- Confidence and quality scores
- Infrastructure flags (cloud provider, CDN, VPN, proxy detection)
From the detail view you can:
- Assign the account to a sales rep
- Mark as target for ABM tracking
- Add to watchlist for active monitoring
- Push to CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Filtering accounts
Infrastructure filtering
Evident automatically removes cloud provider IPs (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle), CDNs (Cloudflare, Akamai, Fastly), VPNs, proxies, and ISPs from your account list. These appear in enrichment results with infrastructure flags set, but are excluded from the Accounts dashboard by default so you see real companies — not hosting noise.
See Infrastructure Filtering for more detail.
